Gainesville, Florida-based Citizens Bank to establish new procedures to detect suspicious activity and comply with federal and state regulations as a result of a routine examination table.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a permit on April 20 after the bank?s board agreed to new procedures on April 12. The FDIC announced the approval on Friday.
